Website · Your public site

The first thing a client sees.

A public site built for a broking firm: the pages a regulator expects, the calculators clients actually search for, and an account-opening form that reaches your onboarding desk.

Not a template with your logo dropped into it. The disclosures, the investor charter and the complaint data are part of the build rather than a page somebody remembers to add.

Website — your public site

In plain words

What Website actually is.

A broker’s website has an unusual job. It has to sell, and it has to carry a set of statutory pages that a generic agency has never heard of — the investor charter, the complaint disclosure, the fee schedule, the grievance route — kept current and in the right form.

This module is both halves. The marketing site a prospect reads, and the compliance pages an inspection opens, with the account-opening form on it wired to your onboarding rather than to an email address somebody checks on Thursdays.

What you get

Four things it does, and what is behind each.

Every line below names something that can be shown in a walkthrough. If one of them cannot be, we would rather you found out in the hour than after the signature.

  • The pages you must have

Investor charter, complaint disclosures, fee schedule, grievance route and the rest — in the form they are asked for.

    • Investor charter
    • Complaint disclosure
    • Fees and grievance route
  • What prospects search for

Brokerage, margin and SIP calculators, and the explanatory pages people actually reach a broker’s site through.

    • Calculators
    • Explainer pages
    • Built to be found
  • An opening form that lands

The account-opening call to action goes into your onboarding desk as an application, not into a mailbox as an enquiry.

    • Source tracked
    • No mailbox in the middle
  • Yours to change

Announcements, circulars and page copy editable by your team, so a notice that has to go up today does not need us.

Common questions

The ones that come up on the first call.

If yours is not here, it is a better use of an hour than a slide deck — bring it to a walkthrough.

Can we edit it ourselves?

Yes — announcements, circulars and page copy are editable by your team. A site where a notice that must go up today needs a vendor is a site that will be out of date within a month.

Do you keep the compliance pages current?

The statutory pages are maintained through the term, including when the required form changes. What we cannot do is publish your numbers for you — the complaint data and the figures that go with it come from you each period.

Can the opening form reach our own system?

Yes. It goes to our onboarding module by default, and where you run your own it posts to that instead — the point is that it lands somewhere with a queue rather than in a mailbox.
