A broking network runs on people who are not your employees and cannot see your systems. So they ring. The first week of every month is a back office answering the same question from forty partners: what did I earn, and on which clients.
This module answers it once. Each partner signs in and sees their own hierarchy, their clients, the business under them and the payout worked out from it — generated straight into Synapses, on the same books your back office is reading, so there is no second version of the number to argue about.

Will the numbers match what our back office says?
They are the same numbers. Payouts are generated directly into Synapses, which reads and writes the books your back office keeps, so a partner and your accounts team are looking at one record. That is the point of running it on the platform.
Can partners see each other?
No. Each signs in to their own level and everything beneath it. Nothing above them and nothing beside them is visible, which is usually the first question a partner asks before agreeing to use it.
