SentinelGuard · Compliance operating system
Risk watched as it moves.
In buildThis module is being built. Everything below describes how it is being built rather than what it is already doing.
Agents watching risk in real time, assembling the regulatory reports and routing the filings — with a human on anything that moves money or reaches a regulator.
Being built rather than shipped. This page describes how it is being built, and we will tell you where it has actually got to at the walkthrough.

- Maker-checker throughout
In plain words
What SentinelGuard actually is.
Compliance work in a broking firm is mostly assembly: the same figures pulled from the same registers into a different shape every week, by somebody senior enough to be doing something else. It is also where the cost of being wrong is highest, which is why nobody automates it casually.
SentinelGuard is the module that does that assembly, and it is being built around the constraint rather than despite it: nothing that moves money or reaches a regulator goes out without a person approving it, and every step it takes is written to an audit trail that can be exported and read.
What you get
Four things it does, and what is behind each.
Every line below names something that can be shown in a walkthrough. If one of them cannot be, we would rather you found out in the hour than after the signature.
Watched in real time
Risk positions and exposures read as they move rather than at end of day, so a breach is a message this morning and not a finding next month.
- Real-time exposure
- Threshold alerts
- Named owner per alert
Reports assembled
The regulatory returns built from the registers that back them, with the working attached rather than a figure somebody has to defend from memory.
- Built from the registers
- Working retained
- Review before filing
Maker and checker
Every action has a maker and a checker, and the ones that reach a regulator or move money need a human sign-off. That is a design constraint, not a setting.
- Maker-checker on every action
- Human sign-off where it matters
- No silent automation
An audit trail that leaves
An immutable record of what ran, what it found and who approved it — exportable, because a trail you cannot hand to an inspector is not a trail.
- Immutable record
- Exportable in full
- Who approved what, when
Common questions
The ones that come up on the first call.
If yours is not here, it is a better use of an hour than a slide deck — bring it to a walkthrough.
Is this module available today?
No. SentinelGuard is in build, and this page says so everywhere it describes it. We will tell you where it has actually got to at the walkthrough rather than at a signature.
Does it file anything on its own?
No. It assembles and routes; a person approves. Anything that reaches a regulator or moves money requires a human sign-off, and that is built into the design rather than offered as a setting you could turn off.
What happens if it gets something wrong?
You see it, because every step it takes is on an exportable audit trail with a named approver against it. A compliance tool whose reasoning cannot be read afterwards is a liability rather than a control.
