Core operations
Back Office
Trade files in from every exchange and segment; contract notes, ledgers and registers out. Brokerage, STT, stamp duty and GST computed to the rule, with the working shown for an inspection.
Live Risk Management
Positions, margin and mark-to-market recomputed as files land rather than overnight. Shortfalls, square-off candidates and free balances visible while the market is still open — which is what makes a same-day payout possible.
Depository Back Office
NSDL and CDSL in one place. Demat and remat, pledge and release, DIS handling and corporate action credits, each reconciled against the trading books instead of alongside them.
Clearing Member Desk
Professional and self-clearing operations across CM, FO, CD and CO: obligation files, member-wise margin, collateral valuation and settlement, with the exchange’s own files as the source of truth.
Margin Trading Facility
Eligible scrip lists, funding limits, the pledge lifecycle and daily interest accrual, with the client disclosures and exchange reporting the facility obliges you to produce.
What the client sees
Client App & Portal
Holdings, ledger, realised and unrealised profit, contract notes and tax reports, on the phone and in a browser. Signed in as the client, so nothing is emailed from a shared mailbox.
WhatsApp Assistant
A ledger balance, a holding statement or last week’s contract note, returned on WhatsApp behind an OTP. It answers the calls the branch takes all morning and never has to be installed.
E-KYC & Account Opening
PAN, Aadhaar and bank verification, in-person verification by video, and e-signature. A paperless account opened in one sitting and filed straight into the back office.
Automation and platform
Broker Onboarding
Statutory documents read as they are uploaded, cross-checked against one another, and committed as one file. Built and running — the module this site’s own application desk is served by.
Process Automation
The downloads, uploads and reconciliations that open every settlement day, run to a schedule against the exchange and depository portals, with a log of what ran, what it found and what it could not.
Exchange Circular Hub
Every circular from every exchange and depository in one dated, searchable feed — summarised, tagged by segment, and assignable to whoever has to act on it.
Institutional Desk
Custodian confirmations, block orders and their allocations, and institutional settlement, handled as one workflow instead of a mailbox and a spreadsheet.
PMS & Portfolio Analytics
Net asset value, corporate action adjustments, and performance attribution for managed portfolios, computed off the same trade and depository data as everything else.
Notifications & Dispatch
Contract notes, margin calls and regulatory notices sent by email, SMS and WhatsApp, personalised per client, with delivery and failure accounted for rather than assumed.
Integration APIs
One authenticated API layer over every module, so your front office, your bank, your CRM and your own reporting reach the same data the back office does — and there is no second copy to reconcile.
Product
Four modules live.A fifth — compliance — in build.
Each one ships on its own and composes with the rest: one API-first foundation, one contract, and the hosting underneath it — taken as a suite, or taken a module at a time and swapped later.
SynapsesX
Complete backoffice suite
Ledger, API-driven KYC and onboarding, IPO and OFS primary-market modules, and extensible plugins — the brokerage’s central nervous system.
SentinelGuard
Compliance OS
Agents monitor risk in real time, assemble regulatory reports, and route compliance workflows — every one of them a maker, never its own checker.
PocketX
Unified trading experience
Fully brandable web, mobile and core trading platforms — low-latency execution over live market depth, and a client journey that does not hand off between vendors.
Flowmate
Algo workflow & backtesting
A node-based visual builder to create, backtest, deploy and distribute algorithmic strategies — built against the SEBI algo framework rather than retrofitted to it.

The platform
What all fifteen are standing on
A broking back office is judged on the two hours after the exchange files arrive and on the day somebody asks what happened eighteen months ago. Both of those are engineering, not features.
One API layer
Every module publishes the same authenticated, versioned interface. Nothing is reachable only through a screen.
Settlement-day volume
Trade, obligation and holding files in the millions of rows, processed inside the window they arrive in.
Real time where it matters
Risk recomputes on file arrival, not on a nightly batch. Everything else can wait; that cannot.
Audit log on every operation
Who did it, what changed, and when — kept for the period the regulator expects, exportable on demand.
Role and hierarchy access
Permissions follow the branch tree, so a franchise sees its own book by construction rather than by a filter someone remembered to apply.
Secure by default
Two-factor sign-in, encryption at rest and in transit, and an infrastructure posture built to be penetration-tested.
Your estate or ours
Runs inside your own network on your PostgreSQL, Redis and object storage, or hosted by us. The choice is yours to change later.
Failover and recovery
Replicated storage and a documented recovery position, because a settlement day does not accept an outage as an answer.
Migration without a gap
Historical trades, ledgers and holdings brought across and reconciled against your existing system before anything is cut over.
Module in focus
Broker onboarding, ready when you are
Ten statutory documents that have to agree with each other — checked before anyone files them, not three weeks afterwards.
The applicant uploads a certificate; the details are read off it and put against every document already on the file. Nine families of checks run across the whole set, and nothing reaches the register until Submit — and then it goes as a single transaction.
- The legal name reads the same on all ten documents
- The PAN embedded in the GSTIN is the PAN on the card
- Shareholding totals reconcile with the issued capital in the Memorandum
- Every director named in the board resolution has a full KYC set
- The SEBI registration is live as at the date of filing

Questions
What brokers ask before they move
The eight that come up in the first call. If yours is not here, it is a better use of an hour than a slide deck — bring it to a walkthrough.
What is broker back-office software?
Back-office software is the system that turns an exchange trade file into finished books: contract notes, ledgers and registers, with brokerage, STT, stamp duty and GST computed to the rule and the working shown for an inspection. On CapitalBridge the same platform also carries live risk, depository operations, clearing, client access and the branch hierarchy, so one set of trade data serves all of them instead of being copied between vendors.
Which exchanges, clearing corporations and depositories does CapitalBridge work with?
NSE, BSE, MSE, MCX, NCDEX, NSE IX and India INX, across the CM, FO, CD, CO, SLB, MFSS and EGR segments; NCL, ICCL and MCXCCL for clearing; and both NSDL and CDSL for depository operations. These are named as coverage — the systems the modules read and write — and not as endorsements.
Can we take one module instead of the whole platform?
Yes. Every module publishes the same authenticated, versioned API and can be taken on its own, so a broker can start with back office or live risk and add depository, client access or the branch console later. Nothing is reachable only through a screen, which is what lets a module you take run alongside the systems you keep.
Can CapitalBridge run on our own servers?
Yes. It runs inside your own network on your PostgreSQL, Redis and object storage, or hosted by us, with replicated storage and a documented recovery position either way. The choice is yours to change later rather than fixed at signing.
How does migration from an existing back office work?
Historical trades, ledgers and holdings are brought across and reconciled against your existing system before anything is cut over, so both systems agree on the numbers while the old one is still running. Nothing is switched off on the strength of a migration nobody has checked.
Does it handle NSDL and CDSL depository participant operations?
Yes. Demat and remat, pledge and release, DIS handling and corporate action credits, for both depositories in one place — each reconciled against the trading books rather than kept alongside them.
Is client onboarding and e-KYC included?
Yes. PAN, Aadhaar and bank verification, in-person verification by video and e-signature, so an account is opened paperless in one sitting and filed straight into the back office. The broker-side equivalent is live today: the application desk at capitalbridge.one/start is the onboarding module running on itself.
How is access controlled across branches and franchises?
Permissions follow the branch tree, so a sub-broker or franchise sees its own book and its own clients by construction rather than by a filter someone remembered to apply. Every operation is written to an audit log recording who did it, what changed and when, kept for the period the regulator expects and exportable on demand.

Talk to us
Bring us the part of the day that is going wrong.
A walkthrough is an hour with your own files, not a slide deck. Tell us which desk is under pressure — risk, settlement, depository or the branch network — and we will show you that module doing your work rather than a demonstration company’s.
