CRM · Enterprise CRM pipeline
The conversation, on the same record.
A lead-to-account pipeline with support ticketing, call logs and direct account-opening integration — against the client master your back office already keeps rather than a copy of it.
A CRM holding its own idea of who your clients are is the second database nobody asked for. This one does not hold one.
- Lead to funded account
- Synced with e-KYC
In plain words
What CRM actually is.
Most broking firms run a CRM that knows about prospects and a back office that knows about clients, with a gap in between where the account opening happens. The cost of that gap is invisible: nobody can say which campaign produced funded accounts, and a client who opens an account disappears from the system that was courting them.
This module closes it. Leads arrive from your website, your ads and your referrals into one pipeline, are assigned branch by branch, and carry their status in real time from the e-KYC onboarding pipeline — so the account that funded on Tuesday is the lead somebody called on Monday, without an export in between.

What you get
Four things it does, and what is behind each.
Every line below names something that can be shown in a walkthrough. If one of them cannot be, we would rather you found out in the hour than after the signature.

Website, ads and referrals ingested into a single pipeline, with each lead keeping the source that brought it in.
- Website, ads and referrals
- Source kept throughout

Branch-wise funnel
Leads assigned branch by branch and followed through a conversion funnel, so a quiet month is a question you can answer rather than a feeling.

Common questions
The ones that come up on the first call.
If yours is not here, it is a better use of an hour than a slide deck — bring it to a walkthrough.
Can we keep our current CRM?
You can, and some firms should. The argument for this one is the shared client master; if your existing CRM is working and your team lives in it, the honest answer may be to leave it and take the modules that do not overlap.
Does it work without your back office?
It runs, but it loses the thing that makes it different — the single client record. Against another back office it needs an interface to that master, which we would look at before quoting.
