CapitalBridge is operated by ATS Wealth Managers Private Limited. Brokerage services, where separately chosen, are provided by ATS Share Brokers Pvt Ltd under its own regulatory obligations.
2. Service scope
CapitalBridge provides research, market information, tools, and subscription access. The service does not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management, guaranteed returns, or execution assurance.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in India and must provide accurate account, contact, and payment information. The service is intended for adults.
4. Account and OTP access
Access may require mobile OTP verification through WhatsApp, SMS, or another supported channel. You are responsible for maintaining control of your registered mobile number and account access.
5. Plans and payments
Paid plans are shown on the pricing page. Prices are displayed in INR and may include applicable taxes as stated on the plan card. Payments are processed through Razorpay. Refund and cancellation rules are published on the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6. Research risk disclosure
Securities market investments are subject to market risk. Research calls may be wrong, delayed, or unsuitable for your risk profile. You should read all disclosures and make independent decisions before acting.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, copy paid research for unauthorised redistribution, attempt unauthorised access, attack systems, scrape protected areas, or use the service for unlawful activity.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CapitalBridge is not liable for trading losses, opportunity losses, broker outages, market movement, third-party service failures, or indirect loss arising from use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms when the service, law, payment process, or regulatory obligations change. The current version will remain available on this page.
