1. Who is responsible for your data
CapitalBridge is a research and market-information product operated by ATS Wealth Managers Private Limited. For personal data processed through CapitalBridge research and subscription services, ATS Wealth Managers Private Limited acts as the data fiduciary and decides why and how that data is processed.
Where you choose brokerage or live-trading services, those services are provided by ATS Share Brokers Pvt Ltd. Its systems and regulatory obligations may apply separately to that activity.
2. Data we process
- Account and subscription data: name, mobile number, email address, optional PAN, selected plan, billing cycle, consent records, and subscriber or account identifiers.
- Authentication data: mobile number, OTP request and verification status, delivery choice such as SMS or WhatsApp, and session or access identifiers.
- Payment data: Razorpay order and payment identifiers, payment status, amount, and customer contact details. CapitalBridge does not receive or store your full card, UPI credential, or banking credential.
- Brokerage and product activity: broker authentication, order and portfolio-related requests, strategies, watchlist actions, funds-related actions, and other authenticated product events.
- Location and technical data: IP address, approximate city or country derived from IP, and precise latitude and longitude only when your browser asks and you grant permission during checkout.
- Analytics and device data: pages visited, interactions, timestamps, referrer, browser and device information, and analytics identifiers when Google Analytics is enabled.
- Communications: name, email, subject, message, and related correspondence. The current contact form opens your email application rather than storing the draft in a CapitalBridge form database.
3. Why we process it
- Create and administer your account and subscription.
- Send and verify OTPs and protect account access.
- Deliver research, market, broker, payment, and support features you request.
- Complete and reconcile payments, refunds, and subscription records.
- Maintain audit trails and meet securities, tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.
- Detect abuse, prevent fraud, enforce rate limits, secure systems, measure use, diagnose failures, and improve CapitalBridge.
4. Consent and other lawful processing
We process personal data for lawful purposes with your consent where required, to provide services you ask us to provide, and for other uses permitted or required by applicable law. We aim to give clear notice at collection. You may withdraw consent by contacting us, but withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may prevent us from continuing a feature that needs that data.
6. Cookies and browser storage
- Session presence: a SameSite cookie may remember a research session for up to 30 days.
- Broker session: an HttpOnly, SameSite cookie may maintain a broker session for up to 12 hours.
- Local storage: a subscriber/access identifier and instrument watchlist may remain until logout, removal, or browser-data clearing.
- Third parties: Google Analytics and Razorpay may use cookies or similar technologies under their own notices.
Browser controls can block or clear these technologies, but essential account, payment, or broker features may stop working correctly.
7. Retention
Retention varies by record and purpose. Account, subscription, payment, research, audit, security, and brokerage records may be retained while the service is active and longer where securities, payment, tax, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, or other law requires it. CapitalBridge is still formalising record-specific retention schedules. You may request erasure of eligible data; legal or regulatory records may need to be retained. Browser-stored data remains until expiry, logout, feature removal, or clearing by you.
8. Security and incidents
We use safeguards visible in the service, including payment-signature verification, protected broker-session cookies, input validation, and rate limiting. No online system is risk-free. We review safeguards as the service changes. If a personal-data breach requires notice under applicable law, we will notify affected people and the relevant authority in the required form and time.
9. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- explain what personal data we process and with whom it has been shared;
- correct, complete, update, or erase eligible personal data;
- withdraw consent for future processing;
- close your account or stop non-essential communications; and
- review and resolve a privacy grievance.
Send requests from your registered email or include enough information to verify the account. We may retain records that law requires and may ask for identity verification before acting. Applicable law may also permit you to nominate another person to exercise rights in defined circumstances.
10. Children
CapitalBridge is intended for adults who can lawfully open an investment or subscription account. We do not knowingly seek personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
11. External services and policy changes
Links or embedded services operated by SEBI, Razorpay, Google, WhatsApp, brokers, exchanges, or other third parties have their own privacy notices. We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal duties change. The current version and its effective date will remain on this page.
12. Contact and grievance redressal
For access, correction, erasure, consent withdrawal, account closure, or a privacy grievance, email support@adityatrading.com. Describe the request and identify the CapitalBridge account concerned. For securities-market complaints, use the SEBI SCORES portal. See our contact page for other support routes.
